[API] Fixed 200 Error when updating Stop or Shipment Status to the same status

Pickup reference now displayed before Drop reference in Tracking Link

Users reported not being able to view shipment details when clicking on the reference number of the pickup or drop in the stops screen.

Customers tab for standalone users with no team profile has been removed.

Driver default stop duration overriding duration set against a stop.

Issue of spaces being removed from Questionnaires for Android users.

Team regions now considered for driver stop offer notifications.
